Dear Mr. M.,
twitter is a micro blogging service that enables its users to send and read messages known as tweets. Tweets are text-based posts of up to 140 characters. In May 2009 we decided to use twitter to keep the public informed. Office X will start now.
Have a nice weekend!
Yours sincerely F.

Hello H.,
I do not care about Internet language. If your office wants to use twitter and publish news in the name of our company you have to follow our corporate guidelines. That also means correct orthography. I ask you to follow these rules and publish the approved tweet.
By the way it would be good if your office could publish a communication plan for the next 14 days.
Best regards F.

Hello F.,
my colleague N. and our intern will present some PowerPoint slides to show our communication strategy on twitter. The kick-off meeting is on Thursday. We will send an invitation to the involved colleagues and we will publish an excel sheet this evening to pronounce all the tweets for next 14 days.
Best regards H.

Dear colleagues,
it took a little to get the approval, but now we are proud to pronounce, that we have just published our first tweet on twitter!
Because of our firewall blocking twitter.com I attached a screenshot of our first tweet.
Thanks to everyone involved!
Best regards,
F.
